Where requests go.

When intake is open, guest, press, sponsor and participation requests are stored in a private operations queue. Contact details, preferred windows, accessibility needs and disclosures stay private. A receipt confirms storage; it does not confirm a booking, email delivery or sponsorship.

Online requests are stored on the existing GoDaddy hosting account, outside the public website. Access is limited through the hosting account. The operator may download them to the private console for review. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit spam.

What may be public.

Guestbook notes and Loop Log questions default to private review. If you permit public display, a moderator must still review the chosen name and text. On-stream display requires the separate on-stream choice. Guest requests never publish names automatically.

Do not include passwords, private calendar links or sensitive personal documents. Recording and clip permissions are agreed separately before an appearance.

The hosting intake queue removes requests older than 90 days during its next service access. Downloaded review copies and hosting backups are managed separately. Nothing is published automatically.
