Will the conversation be recorded?

Recording, archive, and clip permissions are agreed in writing before a confirmed appearance. Draft terms are under review; submitting a request does not grant those permissions.

Can a request be rescheduled?

Yes, timing is discussed privately. The proposed buffer and cancellation policy will be reviewed before bookings open.
